Susan Entz is an instructor of early childhood education with Hawaii Community College; the early childhood specialist for the Center For Research on Education, Diversity, and Excellence (CREDE); a developmental specialist/special educator for an early intervention program; and a consultant to various programs, including the State of Hawaii Department of Education and Head Start. She is the author of more than 50 articles on classroom curriculum and effectiveness in teaching.
Robert J. Marzano is senior scholar at Mid-continent Research for Education and Learning (McREL) in Aurora, Colorado, associate professor at Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and president of Marzano & Associates in Centennial, Colorado. He is the author of 25 books, 150 articles and chapters in books, and 100 sets of curriculum materials for teachers and students in Grades K–12.
Colleen A. Capper is professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has authored or coauthored five books (published or in-press) and refereed journal articles related to educational leadership and equity.
Elise Frattura is an assistant professor in the Department of Exceptional Education and Educational Administration and associate dean for the School of Education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She teaches courses in administration of student services, organizational leadership, and special education law.
Herbert A. Hauptman is a world-renowned mathematician who pioneered and developed a mathematical method that has changed the whole field of chemistry.
