Ashley Kruger is currently an elementary school counselor with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive programs that demonstrate improvement in students’ academic and behavioral outcomes.  Ashley has worked under two federally funded Elementary and Secondary School Counseling (ESSC) grants and has used data as a means of creating sustainability for the school counseling programs.

Nicole Pablo is a 2022 San Diego County School Counselor of the Year and a school counselor at two middle schools. Due to her expertise in utilizing data to create and evaluate systemic and site interventions, she was hired specifically to build the foundation for her district’s new middle school RTI counselor position.

Scott Miller is currently a mathematics department chair in the Chicago area, where he collaborates with 26 math teachers in a school of 3,000 students. With more than 25 years of teaching experience, Scott has been instrumental as a K-12 project leader in mathematics curriculum and technology development. He had provided professional learning to thousands of educators on curriculum, assessment, technology, and the impact of movement and learning.

Justin T. Cooper is an Associate Professor and Assistant Department Chair in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Louisville. He received his Ed.D. in Special Education with an emphasis in learning and behavioral disorders from the University of Kentucky. He is a Past President of the Council for Children with Behavioral Disorders, a division of the Council for Exceptional Children.

Todd Whitney is an Assistant Professor of Special Education in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Louisville. He received his Ph.D. in Special Education with an emphasis in learning and behavioral disorders from the University of Louisville.

Broc Arnaiz is currently the Vice Principal and Director of Community Schools and Services for Health Sciences High and Middle College in San Diego, California.  He serves as the Community Engagement Liaison and aids in the development and management of community organizations within the local area to impact student experiences and advocacy.  He also serves as the College and CTE Pathway Coordinator where he oversees the development of
