Alfred P. Wilson

Alfred P. Wilson is Professor Emeritus of Educational Administration at Kansas State University. He has served as a public school teacher and administrator and as a university faculty member and administrator in the states of Nevada, Utah, Montana, New Mexico, Idaho, and Kansas. He received his doctorate from Utah State University in 1969. He is the author or coauthor of more than 25 books and monographs and 100 articles and research papers.

Madhavi Jayanthi, Ed.D., is a respected lecturer, presenter, and writer in the fields of qualitative research and special education. His articles have appeared in the Journal of Educational and Psychological Consultation, Reading and Writing Quarterly, School Psychology Review and many other publications. Most recently Dr. Jayanthi served as consulting editor for the Journal of Learning Disabilities. He continues to write and lecture nationwide.

She has worked as a special education teacher, a supervisor of student interns, and a research associate at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois.




Gregg E. Humphrey

Gregg Humphrey’s belief is that you teach the way you are taught. With this in mind, Gregg’s courses are inquiry-based, students taking an active role as preservice teachers. As the Director of Elementary Teacher Education, Middlebury College, he works directly with the Middlebury community. Each pre-service student is assigned to a classroom in an elementary school within the Addison Central Supervisory Union where they to apply the ideas emerging from their course work.

Reinhardt, Karen S.

Karen S. Reinhardt

Karen Reinhardt is a former Co-Director of the Center for Science Education (having worked at the Center as a Program Associate for several years prior to becoming Co-Director.) She left the Center in July, 2002 to pursue graduate study in educational administration and supervision.
