She has taught kindergarten, first, and third grade in Tennessee and Ohio. Greenfield Exempted Village Schools was recognized as the first district to receive the Visible Learning Certified+ award in July of 2023.

Dr. Rhonda J. Finding is an experienced educator with 23 years in the field, currently working as an Adjunct Professor for Human Development at the University of Tampa. Previously, she served as an Early Childhood Literacy Specialist with the Department of Education. Throughout her career, she has worked with students and teachers from kindergarten to college.

Carolyn Wood, EdD, currently serves as a Field Supervisor of Graduate Interns for the Teacher Education Program at DeSales University in Bethlehem, PA. Prior to this role, she had a forty-year career as an educator and administrator, including being a principal of an elementary school where she initiated PLC teams, developed learning support and enrichment programs.

Jacob Hampson is a math teacher at Health Sciences High and Middle College (HSHMC) in San Diego, California. His experience includes teaching middle and high school mathematics, supervising teacher candidates, and advising HSHMC’s student government. He holds a Masters of Arts in Education with an emphasis in Social and Emotional Learning, and is working towards earning a Master of Art in Mathematics.

Tari Sexton, currently an Assistant Principal at St. Lucie Public Schools in Port St. Lucie, FL, has a long history of experience in education. Before her current role, she worked as an elementary teacher, math coach, and instructional coach on a specialized school-turnaround team. Tari graduated from the University of South Florida, Grand Canyon University, and American College of Education, where she developed her love for learning.
