Franita Ware is the CEO of F Ware PhD Consulting LLC and a Qualitative Data Analysis Consultant with Innovative Learning Center LLC. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Scholars Unlimited. Through a collaboration with Dr. Robin Greene, Dr. Ellen Honeck, and Mrs. Imani Morning, Dr. Ware and her colleagues were awarded the Professional Learning Network Award from the National Association for Gifted Children for Culturally Responsive Gifted Education.
Hollins Mills is an early childhood educator in Charlottesville, Virginia. Over the last twenty years she has worked in a variety of roles; classroom teacher, instructional coach, interventionist. Her passion is early childhood with an emphasis on creating classroom cultures where students have a clear sense of agency.

Emily Brokaw is a Campus Coordinator in Dallas, Texas where she leads her campus's work with Assessment for Learning and helps to create the conditions for all students to become lifelong learners! Prior to this role, she was a High School Social Studies teacher for six years.
Kim West MA, is a full-time Corwin faculty member. Previously, she was the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) Coordinator at Kramer Elementary in the Dallas Independent School District for 8 years.
