(www.ergsc.com) A frequent speaker and presenter throughout Illinois, Phyllis has also worked as a language arts consultant throughout the country and abroad. Her research interests include using technology to enhance students’ learning experience, second language education, and global competency development. 

Randy K. Yerrick is professor of science education and associate dean of educational technology at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He began his career as a chemistry, physics, and math teacher in Michigan schools before becoming a full-time researcher in science education. Yerrick's research focuses on implementing contemporary visions of science inquiry in lower track classrooms where students share a strong history of failure and antisocial school behaviors.

Shona Anderson has been an educator since 1996. Her work as both an English teacher and a French teacher led her to administration in 2003 for the Bluewater District School Board. Anderson is also a part-time faculty member of the University of Western Ontario. She started her teaching career with the Upper Grand District School board as a core French teacher.

Bill is a Professor of Education at New England College in Henniker, NH where he teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Educational Psychology, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, and School Climate Research, Leadership, and Facilitation.
