Julia Wilkins is a special education teacher in the Buffalo Public Schools and Adjunct Instructor of Education at D’Youville College. She has written numerous journal articles and is coauthor of two books.  

Nelda Cambron-McCabe is a professor, Department of Educational Leadership, Miami University, Ohio. She was an advisory board member and a coordinator of the Danforth Foundation Forum for the American School Superintendent.
