She provides professional development to enable district, state, and organization leaders and school teams to establish and maintain comprehensive partnership programs that positively impact student success. Hutchins taught in the Baltimore City Public School System, where she developed and implemented family literacy workshops.

Kenyatta J. Williams is a data integration/statistical analyst for Prince George's County Public Schools. He works with staff to create data sets by inputting, downloading, organizing, and analyzing data from the Student Information Management System for evaluation and reporting purposes.

Ann P. Daunic is an Associate Scholar in the Department of Special Education, School Psychology, and Early Childhood Studies at the University of Florida. For the past 12 years, she has directed applied research projects focused on the prevention of problem behaviors through school- and classroom-based interventions including conflict resolution, peer mediation and instruction in social problem solving.

G. Calvin Mackenzie is The Goldfarb Family Distinguished Professor of American Government at Colby College. He has written extensively about ethics in government and has led ethics seminars for public officials across the country. He served as chair of the Maine Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices and was elected a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration.

Christopher Tienken, Ed.D. is an associate professor of leadership, management, and policy and education consultant. He has public school administration experience as a PK-12 assistant superintendent, middle school principal, director of curriculum and instruction, and elementary school assistant principal. He began his career in education as an elementary school teacher.

Dr. Fran Arbaugh is an associate professor of mathematics education at Penn State University, having begun her career as a university mathematics teacher educator at the University of Missouri. She is a former high school mathematics teacher, received a M.Ed. in Secondary Mathematics Education from Virginia Commonwealth University and a PhD in Curriculum & Instruction (Mathematics Education) from Indiana University – Bloomington.
