Kimberly L. Mitchell teaches at the University of Washington’s College of Education and is co-founder of Inquiry Partners, a professional learning organization dedicated to promoting inquiry-based teaching strategies. She received her BA in History and Philosophy from Skidmore College and her MA in Administration and Policy Analysis from Stanford University.

Amy Tepper has served as a teacher, administrator, and program director in various K-12 settings and startups to include virtual, homeschool, blended, and public schools. She held the position of Executive Director of a Sylvan Learning Center, opened an alternative 6th-12th school in Okaloosa County, FL, and later was actively engaged in Florida high school redesign and career education reform, providing technical assistance across the state.

Charles F. Elbot was born in Europe and lived his first twenty years as part of three cultures—French, German and American. After graduating from Wesleyan University, he pursued his dream to see the world. With his backpack, sleeping bag and only a few hundred dollars, he traveled west, crossing Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe over a three year period. For funds, he worked on ships out of Bali and Singapore.

Bill Adair earned his undergrad and teacher’s certificate at Simon Fraser University and his master’s degree at San Diego State. His innovative teaching model was a response to growing anxiety, low resiliency, and motivational challenges in his classroom.  Bill lives and teaches in Vancouver British Columbia. He enjoys presenting at workshops and conferences and passionately shares his model with university teacher training programs.

            Dr. Angela Peery is a consultant and author with 32 years of experience as an educator. She has spent the last decade completing over 100 speaking and consulting days per year and authoring or co-authoring 14 books, including the bestsellers Writing Matters in Every Classroom and The Data Teams Experience: A Guide for Effective Meetings.

Talitha Agan is an adjunct history professor at Modesto Junior College where her teaching focus is women’s studies, far western frontier and American history in general. She graduated with honors earning a doctorate of educational leadership from California State University, Stanislaus, where she also holds a master’s in history.

Campbell John Bullock is a lecturer in the Sociology and Gerontology Department at California State University, Stanislaus, where he teaches research methods and research analysis, and an adjunct associate professor of sociology at San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton,California. In addition,Campbell is the executive director for an applied social research and evaluation organization,the San Joaquin Community Data Co-Op.
