Fisher, Beth

Beth Fisher, Ed.D. is the Director of Academic Accountability at Health Sciences High and Middle College (HSHMC) in San Diego, California. She has over a decade of experience as a secondary administrator and previously served as a middle school principal. Beth was instrumental in founding a fully inclusive school model and has developed both a Spanish Dual Language Immersion program and a comprehensive English Language Development (ELD) program to serve multilingual learners. She also led the creation of Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways in Biomedical Sciences, Computer Science, Digital Media Arts, and Business. With classroom experience in high school English, history, and Associated Student Body (ASB) activities, she brings a deep understanding of curriculum and instruction. She has led K–12 technology implementation initiatives that support student-centered learning across content areas. Beth earned her doctoral degree from San Diego State University and is deeply committed to fostering equity, access, and high expectations for all learners in inclusive and academically rigorous environments.
