She currently serves as the Director of Engagement and School Climate, where she focuses on implementing restorative practices to foster positive relationships and resolve conflicts within schools. Prior to her current position, Dr. Prather-Smith was the Senior Director of Migrant Education at the County Office of Education, where she advocated for migrant students and their families.
