Steven Katz is the director of Aporia Consulting Ltd. and a faculty member in the Applied Psychology and Human Development at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto (OISE, UT), where he teaches in the Child Study and Education graduate program. Sonja R. de Boer is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) and obtained her Ph.D. in special education and psychology and research in education at the University of Kansas, with an emphasis on early intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Richard Simpson was her advisor through her doctorate program.

Kaye Otten has a doctorate from The University of Kansas in special education with an emphasis in emotional, behavioral, and autism spectrum disorders and is a board certified behavior analyst with Summit Behavioral Services specializing in school based services.  She provides collaborative coaching to school districts in developing evidence based multi-tiered systems of behavioral support and 

Richard S. Martinez, Ed. D., is founder of the Artful Alliance. Richard facilitates groups as they address issues arising from diversity and organizational culture. His experiences in education include classroom teaching; school, district, and county office of education administration; professional development design and facilitation; and, university teaching in educational leadership.

Christopher R. Gareis, EdD, is Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at the College of William and Mary in Virginia. He is a former high school and middle school English teacher, as well as a middle school assistant principal and principal.
