Linda Skrla is Professor of Educational Administration at Texas A&M University. Prior to joining the Texas A&M faculty in 1997, Linda worked as a middle school and high school teacher and as a campus and district administrator in public schools. Her research focuses on educational equity issues in school leadership, including accountability policy, high success school districts, and women superintendents.

Frank Sennett earned his fiction MFA from the University of Montana, and now teaches in the UCLA Extension Writers’ Program. He served as editor of the K-12 journal Curriculum Review for a decade. Ingrid J. Guerra is an Assistant Professor at the Wayne State University. Previously, she was an assistant professor at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, where she taught across two graduate programs, Performance Improvement & Instructional Design, and Public Administration. She is also a pri­vate consultant for private and public organizations   nationally and internationally and a professional member of Roger Kaufman & Associates.

William A. Platt is currently a Principle Instructional Designer for Concurrent Technologies Corporation, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, and was previously the Program Manager for Evaluation in the Office of Technical Training and Evaluation in the Veterans Benefits Administration. He is a member of the American Evaluation Association. He has consulted for the defense industry in the area of simulation and training and has pre­sented professional papers on task analysis and instructional design.

Randy L. Joyner is an adjunct professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction in the College of Education, Appalachian State University, Boone, NC. He is retired from the Department of Educational Leadership in the College of Education of East Carolina University, where he directed or served as committee member for 25 dissertations.

Rene Townsend, former superintendent for ten years, is executive director of the Urban Education Dialog (UED) and Public School Services (PSS), nonprofit organizations founded by Price Charities. PSS has a mission of reducing the price of goods and services to all public school districts; UED is a forum to confront challenges facing urban school districts and exchange best practices.

Sharon F. Cramer is a distinguished service professor at Buffalo State College, where she has been a member of the faculty since 1985.

Bruce Williams has more than thirty five years of international consulting experience, and is noted for his expertise in group facilitation and in planning and team building methodologies. Williams' specialty is facilitating participative, interactive group workshops whether they are focused on strategic planning and consensus building or instructional methodologies for the classroom.

Daniel M. Perna is an educational consultant concentrating on school improvement and achievement. His work focuses on implementing high standards in classrooms, helping teachers develop strategies to increase student comprehension, and designing goal-oriented leadership for schools. Perna has over 30 years of experience in public education. He has been an English teacher, basketball coach, athletic director, high school principal, and assistant superintendent.

Dr. Davis is a retired public school administrator, thus far having spent 43 years in education, and is still very actively involved in education as a consultant and as an advisor to Doctoral students in Educational Leadership at NOVA Southeastern University. His educational consultant thrust concentrates on curriculum and staff development, especially as it relates to teaching and supervision in standards-based education. Dr.
