Joyce M. Graham, Ph.D. is the Director of Professional Development for Scholastic RED, the professional development division of Scholastic, Inc. In this capacity, Joyce is responsible for recruiting and training consultants as well as developing and managing institutes and workshops.

Michael E. Sikes is an author and independent consultant. He has previously been an evaluator at the Center for Creative Leadership, Senior Associate at the Council of Chief State School Officers, and adjunct faculty member at Antioch University Santa Barbara.

Teresa Miller is an Associate Professor at Kansas State University in the Department of Educational Leadership, serving as a co-liaison for site-based Leadership Academies training prospective principals and teacher leaders. Prior to coming to KSU, she was a public school educator for 28 years, as a teacher of Language Arts, Gifted Education facilitator, and principal at both elementary and secondary levels.

Mary Devin has been an elementary teacher, library media specialist, director of public information, and chief business official. In the last 12 of her 37 years in school administration, she was superintendent of a very diverse, mobile, high poverty district that became one of the highest academic performers in the state.

Stephen Frank is the cofounder of Education Resource Strategies, a nonprofit corporation that works with urban superintendents across the country to improve student performance through more effective use of resources. He has worked as a consultant with school systems in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Washington DC, Baltimore, Rochester, Albuquerque, and Oakland, among others.
