As an active consultant, I work with school leaders to identify areas of potential growth for improved outcomes. I then provide customized professional development, based on each school’s needs. The plans might include staff and student well-being workshops, restorative communication professional learning series for teams and leaders, or executive function professional learning series. I also provide family workshops in conjunction with staff development to help families learn similar content, with the intent of connecting home and school. All of the work that I do is geared towards helping schools create environments in which everyone can thrive.
